Return Policy

You can request a return within 7 business days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Be unused and in its original condition.
Be returned with the original packaging, accessories, tags (if applicable), and invoice.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your Order ID and the reason for the return.

Note: Customized or made-to-order furniture products are not eligible for return.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product sent by WoodenGalaxy.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

Kindly share clear photos or videos of the product so our team can verify the issue. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or process a full refund, as applicable.
